Das Album enthält Mitschnitte eines Konzertes der Band im September 2016 im Oakland’s Fox Theatre. Die insgesamt 12-köpfige Band um Susan Tedeschi und ihren Ehemann Derek Trucks gab an diesem Abend einige Tedeschi-Trucks-Originale wie »I Want More«, »Let Me Get By«, »Just As Strange« und »Don’t Know What It Means« zum Besten. Außerdem spielten sie zahlreiche spannende Coverversionen, zum Beispiel George Harrisons »Within You, Without You«,Santanas »Soul Sacrifice« und Miles' Davis »Ali«.
